WMI/AAC warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product from the time of delivery. WMI/AAC will pay labor and material costs for warranty service for the lifetime of the product from the time of delivery.
WMI/AAC’s sole obligation under said warranty is to repair, or at WMI/AAC’s option, replace the defective item. The buyer shall have no other remedy. All special, incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
The warranty shall be voided by alterations of product, or tampering with, improper installation or maintenance, accident or misuse except by WMI/AAC. This warranty expressly excludes all damage to these products resulting from careless or neglectful transportation.
WMI/AAC shall in no event be responsible for any warranty work done without first obtaining WMI/AAC’s written consent.
This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. No employee, agent, franchise, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of WMI/AAC. Except as provided herein, WMI/AAC shall have no liability or responsibility to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by item. Notwithstanding the above limitations and warranties, WMI/AAC’s liability hereunder for damages incurred by customer shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the particular item involved.

Terms - A company check, money order, or credit card information should be sent & payment received before order will be processed, unless an open account is established with net 30 terms. If you wish to apply for net 30 terms, a credit application will be faxed to you.
Once you have purchased $500.00 of product, you are eligible to apply for a net 30 term agreement. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Special or Scheduled Orders - Special orders require advanced payment in full! Custom orders are non-refundable! Sales on custom orders are considered FINAL. Personalization’s are considered custom. Scheduled orders may not be cancelled once Purchase Order has been submitted. Any changes to original approved sample or submitted blue prints are not changeable once production has started. Additional charges will result in changes. Your ordered quantity, can be adjusted plus or minus 15% at the quoted price. Reductions of more than 15% in the quantity of items will result in additional charges.
Exchange Policy: We exchange, repair, or replace at our discretion. All exchanges must be in resale condition. ANY alterations; which include but are not limited to lasering, additional holes, or additional hardware will void an exchangeable status. Exchanges on non defective items are charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee. All defective items must be accompanied with original sales receipt. For custom orders there is a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
All Rush Orders are subject to a $48.00 fee. FOB bulk packaging. Cartons and cases are an additional charge.
Shipping and Handling – We offer fast and affordable shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight truck unless otherwise specified. Free ground shipping on all orders over $35.00 at published retail rates. Expedited shipping services are available at customer cost.
Returns & Claims – All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All claims and discrepancies must be filed directly with Wagler Manufacturing Inc. & American Anatomical Inc. We will be given 14 working days to inspect all claims upon receiving items for inspection.
All returns must be accompianed by a RA#. Any box without an RA number will be refused at the dock. You will need to call Customer Service to receive an RA# if your item(s) are eligible for return. All returns must be shipped UPS or FedEx.
